BIO:
John was born to a middle class family, his father was a good old Irish boy. Saying that it was John’s responsibility to defend the country they both loved. John gave all he had to his country learning 6 new languages, becoming selected to become Army SF, even going so far as to become a member of the legendary Delta Force (ACE). 9 years and 5 tours in, John a captain leader of his team was given orders to leave their location and head east for extraction, John had been following the trail of a couple of what they believed to be POW, Marines who had been taken prisoner after they were ambushed. John ignored his orders and pursued his lead. Within hours they had found the camp. His actions saved the lives of 9 men. When his team showed for extraction he was debriefed, upon returning home he was brought up on charges . Dereliction of duty they called it.
John considered this the ultimate back stab. His country had betrayed him; he was looking at prison time and a dishonorable discharge. His wife had left him, learning that she had been sleeping with one of his fellow soldiers. She had left him when he was at his lowest. As fate would have it though life would change for him, Asher Price had saw something in him, wanting him for his Atlas Program, he sent his new Liaison to recruit the great soldier, offering him money like he had never known, but also respect. Price could use his influence to change his discharge status. It was too tempting an offer to walk away from, and now our story starts.
