says to :|Scream to the Silence : *John had been home for just over a week, how could this be his home, he thought, his house was to quiet to peaceful. John longed to be in the field, where the world was simpler, where the bad were punished for their crimes. John was the first official combatant hired by Asher for Field work. And Under him an army rose. John was skilled, dedicated to the cause, he was the right man for the job a team leader that saw the lives of his men more important than his own. John had been hire barely a year now and much of his time he choose to spend in the AOR, While serving as ACE field team commander John had killed 3 known high ranking terrorist in 9 years. Under Asher’s guidance and using Atlas Technology John’s team had tracked down and eradicated 9 High ranking members of three different terrorist organizations, saved 70 children and 29 young women from sex slavery in Africa and brought ended a dictatorship. It was almost too good, when his return Asher order john to remain home, he was to meet with Lt. Commander Noir, the highest ranking active military officer Asher had working for him. Noir worked for Asher but she reported to NATO, talk about fucking confusing.*
* slamming the door to his car John thought for a moment* Why the fuck am I even here *John spoke to himself turning and looking upon the largest building within the compound, The Atlas building, the central hub for a base that was nothing like he had ever been on before. As John stepped away from, his car he thought of what he might say to this lady, After all it would be her say if he was stable enough to return to the field again, Asher trusted his lady the simply thought made a chill run up his spin as he made it to the door. Once inside the main lobby Security officers would escort John to the elevators, pressing the button before stepping to the sides. My eyes shifting from one to the other than shaking my head. Since the incarnation of the Atlas Program and all it meant many threats had been made especially on the head of Asher Price. * I guess one can’t be too careful, not even when it’s Asher’s number one guy huh? *the two men didn’t speak simply looking at him and waiting in awkward silence the doors finally popping open and John stepped out, waiting for the two men to follow as they led him down a long hallway till he was standing before a massive Oak door, one of the guards knocked on the door before stepping back, they would wait till someone said “come in” or the door would be opened. when I was allowed to enter I stepped forward looking back at one of the guards than turning to the other. * Listen guys, I know what you’re thinking… and while I’m flattered I just can’t meet you both in the bathroom down stairs. I just don’t swing that way, but keep your chins up, I know you find that right guy *John stepped into the door grabbing the door handle as one of the guards finally spoke “Mother F” Closing the door in their faces John looked back, his was handsome, dressed in boot cut jeans, black Nike’s and a Grey form fitting V-neck Stepping into the room and looking at the woman who was considered his boss. His skin carrying a dark tan, his handsome haunted blue pools shinning in the natural light of her office.* Oh Sorry * his voice deep and powerful as he smiled softly* Captain Spartan, John. Reporting as order Commander.

says to I have a hero living in : -yea it was bloody well confusing and she was just fine with that. Keep people guessing. Okay she was supposed to be a bit more comforting and such like that but at times, she had a bit too much of her father in her and that came out. She came to this place with the understanding that she wasnt likely going to be liked by the men in the field. She was still active duty and at times that could case a rift all on its own, the other being her rank, and the big one.. was being a psychologist because.. who liked to talk to them? There was still that stigma to deal with when it came to people seeking help, but she was working on changing that because at times people really needed to get help. She had seem the struggle in her own father and knew that nobody deserved to deal with that on their own. It was still a touch difficult coming into this and being the so called boss for men that didnt' even know her, though she had gotten used to the rank and file long ago. Did Asher trust her? or just trust her commitment to the greater good? Wel lti seemed he did enough to actually bring her on board and on paper the woman seemed rather straight laced, but she didn't' like getting tangled up in the bureaucracy any more than anybody else, but she knew how the system worked. She heard the knock at her office door and stood to answer it and pulled it open only to be face to face more or less with a man she only knew on paper. She of course had his jacket setting on her desk. Was this the favorite part of her job? some days she wasn't sure, bet she felt it was one of the more important of the various hats the woman wore. - "nothing to be sorry fore Captain "-it was understood for the most part that even when out of the military most still recognized rank and she figured that was the case today when you apologized quickly. He couldn't think of.- "Have a seat Captain"-of course she would use his rank until he told her otherwise, or she actually .. ya know.. asked so for now they were on a very professional basis but it was her job to break that down a bit. Either way she gestured to a comfortable looking leather couch and sat down in a seat herself. She was wearing a brown pencil skirt with an ivory satin skirt with a brown fitted vest over top of it matching the skirt and all that dark hair was pulled up into a high and tight pony tail. She obviosuly wasn't in uniform right now, if he was expecting her to be it might be a bit of a shake up. She made herself comfortable and crossed those legs of hers. The bronze skin of hers against the ivory and brown made her skin tone look a bit deeper but those blue eyes of hers were quite the contrast to her darker features-

says to :|Scream to the Silence : *She wasn’t what he expected, she was attractive and wearing clothing that looked like it was made for her specially, he had to admit he was taken back for a moment, Stepping deeper in to the massive office, sharp vision scanning her office before she motioned for him to take a seat in the large sofa that was obviously meant for moments just like this. John had only met Asher, it the only person he thought he needed to know. After All John didn’t join Atlas to make friends, he joined to make a difference in the world. John walked around looking over a couple of shadow boards, the first was highly decorated, lined with medals and ranks. In the middle was the Rank of Master Chief, if was her fathers, judging by the fact that she had it in her office meant that there was no reason for her father to have it. Next to his was a less filled but still impressive box.*
So your father was a enlisted man… huh Commander? *turning half back a soft smile playing on his lips, he noticed she was still sitting so he finally walked up, taking a seat on the sofa and looking her way* Why am I here ma’am *he knew exactly why he was in her office, John was considered unstable when the Army tried to dishonorably Discharge him for disregarding orders. It didn’t matter that his actions saved the lives of nine men, it didn’t matter than he and his team still made it to the target objective, It only mattered that me made general look bad. John had a problem with authority, he also hated doctors seeing as more than a couple told him he was crazy. It was Asher who broke him down, telling John he was a hero, and under his command his actions would be considered dereliction of duty, but rather going above and beyond the call of duty itself.*
*Asher had asked you to check on John, his discharge was a time that almost killed him, it would have killed most men. His bitch wife had been cheating on him with one of his CO, While John was deployed she had her fun with anyone that would have her. When John was betrayed and on trial for court martial She left him, revealing how she hadn’t paid their bills in months ruining John’s credit with the hopes to destroy his life for no other reason than just because. John was going to kill himself before it was over, but fate stepped in and Asher offered him another chance. John never looked back, Believe in what Asher wanted to accomplish, believing that they could change the world believing that if there was will than they would find a way. John personally tracked down Joseph Kony’s highest ranking General, hanging him from a tree and gutting him like a fish. John didn’t squirm death came easy it was only the flex of a finger away. A soft smile playing on his lips as he leaned back* What Doc, are you and the boss afraid I might go crazy in the field or something?
*John talked a big game, but deep down he was broken, in the center of his file was a photo from the field, it was taken by a photojournalist saved by Atlas only days before. The journalist sticking with the protection team catching rare glimpses of the soldier in their rawest moments, this photo was unique though, it wasn’t happy, it was heart breaking. After saving the journalist the protection detailed ran into members of the GLA (Global Liberation Army) a terrorist group out of the Ivory Coast, The GLA had captured a village, After lining all of the men and boys over the age of 5 years old they were gunned down. The women were raped, tortured and killed, the children were statement, the GLA had to show what they would do to anyone that crossed them, They butchered the children like animals, bagging the body parts to use later for some sick reason or another. The Atlas team arrived to late, killing the GLA but unable to save the villagers, The photo in questions was Captain John Spartan crying over the bodies of babies his knees stained in blood, his hands trembling, for so long his strong soldier choose not to feel, but this was his breaking point.*
*The second picture was of 50 gave sites where the team had buried those they could find, The photo of John won a Pulitzer prize, but it was the last taken of John in the field.* So why am I here?

says to I have a hero living in : -She was aware that he was a bit taken back, which was something she was used to honestly. For whatever reason it seemed she was never what somebody expected. She watched him of course and the way her office was set up was so the couch was sat facing he door, She didnt' like her back being to the door herself so she was rather picky about how it had all been set up. Did it matter to him? Did he notice? not likely but she noticed it. She wasn't going to push it after she offered him the seat. Why? well he would sit down at his own prerogative. Boss that she may be, it's not like she could really order him around, well not likely with any luck based on his trouble with Authority. The fact she was a Psychologist as well as what she had done with her enlisted time meant that she was without a doubt a driven and likely passionate creature, at least when it a came to her professional life. Honestly, her professional life was pretty much all she had ever allowed herself and that's just how things were for her. She rarely had a moment to catch her breath. She had explored the Psychology path simply so she could help people though she had rarely got to really work that angle with her other duties. So when Asher came to her and gave her this opportunity it found a way for it all to go together, and she was grateful for that. She was a soldier at the core though and an incredibly intelligent creature. It was obvious just with a glance to those intelligent eyes of hers said as much. There was always something going on behidn those cool blue eyes of hers as she watched every nuance of the person she was speaking with. She seemed perfectly at ease with somebody she had never been face to face with in her office. Though as he looked over the shadow boxes she had angled a bit toward him so she could actually have a conversation with him- "He was yes"-and it was a simple enough thing to answer though you had already came to the correct conclusion. She straightened herself as you did come around to sit on the couch. Though when you point blank asked why you were here a fine brow lifted over those blue eyes of hers and a touch of a smile tugged at the corner of her lips- "Well, I could break it down to technical terms.. or you could tell me why you think you're here -yes they both knew why he was here. It didnt' look great, what she saw in your jacket but she understood it.. even admired it but she could never offically say that. Luckily, moments like these were not official now where they. So it would in the end up be up Asher whether or not to pull you from the field, in a way, but due to her affiliation she could make things a bit difficult to operate. Something she likely wouldnt' ever do because she believed in what they were doing. She knew of your history, but it seemed that you had recovered from that.. to a point.. but she wasnt worried about you in the field, she was worried for you being home.-
=she knew what she was suposed to find out, but there had to be some sort rapport before you would open up about anything. You knew your history and she wasn't going to pry it out of you. She knew you were broken to a point, but you almost had to be but there was a reason for the break and it was her. You did things that were made to break a person, but there was a way back, just not everybody found it. She wanted to make sure you and others like you.. found your way back. If course it wasn't just her youhad to find your own wya but she wsa there to help you get there. - "In the field? no.. not at all "-she didn't skirt the question exactly or maybe she simply didnt' finish answering the question fully. She didnt' have the file in front of her as she sat here to talk to you nor did she have anything to write on to take notes, but she would remember it, that was part of her skill at least, she had that sort of memory. She knew it was.. heart breaking... what he had seen and what he had been faced with. The fact he was still here said he had a strength in him- "So, why are you here? ... "
-she left the question there but she figured he was still going to try to get her to actually answer him even though he already knew the answer, so she started with a certain story- "Do you know out west they make fences loose enough you can take them down? .. if you make them so strong they don't move with the wind then the wind and snow will always win... you need to be able to take the fence down for the winter or it will break.... it will simply shatter and no longer able to do the job it is meant to do.... .

says to :|Scream to the Silence : *This was like a game of cat and mouse, she was like the others although probably the most intelligent head doctor he had ever met, she was coy wanting him to bring up what she already knew, she wanted him to talk instead of repressing the truth that Asher had seen. The Photojournalist had hung himself after winning the prize, unable to live with the guilt of what he had seen. Yet John was going back out into the field every single time he was brought back home. Was it that he was trying to ride the world of evil, was it he was running from the things and nightmares he had seen, or was it he just fucking enjoyed killing more than anything else. John was the leader of his team and one of the highest decorated officers to ever step foot on the battlefield with two medals of honor, and 4 silver stars it is hard to believe the army wanted to fuck him, or how his wife had destroyed his life for no good reason.*
Why am I here, you want me to answer that question? * he laughed, his eyes changing, carrying the seven mile stare he was digging, grinding his teeth and thinking of everything he would talk about.* You want the long answer? *he assumed she did* My wife left me, she… she purposely fucked around destroying my life, I still don’t know why, I still have no idea what I did to deserve that. *he thought, his hands moving down gripping the his jeans over his knees.* maybe ma’am it’s cause of the 134 people butchered in northern Iraq, bodies naked, covered in lime some not dying form the gun shot. No *he shook his head* see that’s where it was fucked up doc. They aren’t good shots and their weapons jammed plus they didn’t have a lot of bullets, so the kids, the kids weren’t shot, they were just tied to their parents, you see mom or dad would catch the bullet and they would fall with their parents break their leg or arms or back. and they would he left to starve unable to free themselves. I mean can you imagine what kind of hate it takes that you don’t want to waist a bullet on someone?
* his hand reaching up and wiping his mouth, catching his breath, the memory making him want to vomit.* Have you ever walked in…. walked in on a grown man raping an infant. *his hand sweeping his cheek wiping a tear from his face.* I did. It was on the Slovakia, I walked into the wrong room, I was looking for a… a rich girl who had gone missing. I knew I was supposed to walk away but I didn’t. * his face turning pale as he shut his eyes trying to forget* Or maybe it was when the federation of Korea moved Indonesia. The people kind but untouched by most of the known world. Kim Jung Un thought didn’t want those people breeding with his. So he order than be trapped, and starved… *she might remember this instance hard as all of NATO order her not to allow Asher to push into the Federation of Korea to help. But Atlas entered, and brutally beat the Korean military forces humiliating them defaces them before freeing the people and standing guard until they could all survivors could be evacuated.* There is no nightmare like the one’s filled with Starving children. *his lips running over his lips before pointing to the folder on her desk.*
of course we could be here to talk about the pictures of me crying in the field. I’m sorry, I know Asher doesn’t want us to show weakness. But that was a hard thing to see. *he looked up forcing himself to smile, his broken soul easily visible within his gaze.* I can imagine he would want you to talk to me about any of that stuff. *he tried to answer about the fence* I’m sorry Commander, I… I don’t know anything about fences. I grew up in the city.
